You may have noticed that when you receive a reservation through, Expedia, and sometimes other channels, it doesn't include all of the information you typically require. To help you efficiently collect all of the details you need, we've created a sample email template you can send to guests that book through or Expedia. Note that for now, these emails must be manually triggered. Feel free to modify and customize the content to suit your needs.
