If you or an employee has forgotten the password associated with their account, simply follow the instructions below.

Please note: You are required to change your password at least every 90 days!
To change your own password:
- Log in to the account that needs to be changed or updated.
- Click Settings in the black bar at the top.
- Click the link to have the system send you an email to reset your password.
- Find the email with the subject "Reset your password" from support@thinkreservations.com, and click the blue link.
- This link will take you to a new page. On this new page, you can change your password. You will need to enter the password twice to confirm. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Make sure you don't have "Caps lock" on.
Your password must contain:⚬ At least 8 characters
⚬ At least 3 of the following:
⚬ Lower case letters (a-z)
⚬ Upper case letters (A-Z)
⚬ Numbers (0-9)
⚬ Special characters (ex. !@#*)
Click the Reset password at the bottom to complete the process. Test by logging into your account with your newly reset password, and note your password in a secure location.
Forgot Your Password?
- From the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link.
- Once you click the link, you are taken to a new page. On this page, enter the email address that you use to login to ThinkReservations.
⚬ If you enter an email address that isn't associated with a ThinkReservations account, it won't be delivered.
⚬ If your ThinkReservations account isn't associated with a real email address, it won't be delivered.
- Click the Continue button. If you entered your ThinkReservations login email address, and it's a valid email, a password reset email will be sent to you to complete the process.
- Find the email with the subject "Reset your password" from support@thinkreservations.com, and click the blue link.
- Once you click the link, you will be taken to a page where you can change your password. You will need to enter the password twice to confirm. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Make sure you don't have "Caps lock" on.
