You can tell where a reservation originated by what we call the "Channel". The channel is the source of the reservation. You can see this inside the reservation and in reports. On the reservation, the channel is listed on the top left and the bottom left.
Direct Booking Channels:
Online: Made on your website (online booking engine)
Online - Mobile: Made on your website on a mobile device (online booking engine)
Phone: Manually added by you or your staff
3rd Party OTA Channels:
These are reservations that were brought in using the ThinkReservations Channel Manager.
Airbnb.com: Reservations made on Airbnb
Booking.com: Reservations made on Booking.com or a Booking.com partner or affiliate
Expedia: Hotel Collect reservations made on Expedia or an Expedia partner or affiliate
Expedia -ExpediaCollect: Expedia Collect reservations made on Expedia or an Expedia partner or affiliate
HotelTonight: Reservations made on HotelTonight
