Reports - Special

These reports can be found either on the black menu bar at the top of your reservation calendar or by clicking on the ThinkReservations logo to the far left on the menu bar.

Front Desk Report

The Front Desk Report shows Arrivals, Departures, and Stay-overs for any one day. The report will also show all the reservation notes.


The Tasks Report shows all overdue tasks, tasks that are not associated with a bill, and tasks for the next two weeks.


The Sales report shows all bills that have been created in your ThinkReservations account, with the newest at the top.  The list includes Reservations and Point of Sales sales and indicates the type in the Type column.


The Customers report shows a searchable and downloadable list of all your guests and contacts in your account.  You can select a customer to edit their customer record, and you can merge duplicate customer records.

Gift Certificates

The Gift Certificate report shows a searchable list of all your gift certificates, valid and expired. The newest certificates will be at the top.


The Groups report lists all groups that you have created in ThinkReservations.  You can sort the display by date created (ascending or descending) or date of arrival (ascending or descending). You can also search for a group by group name.

Wait List

The Wait List report displays all people who are on the waitlist for a certain date range.  You can see the person's contact information by clicking on their name.
